順酐裝置中，工藝過程使用的水都必須是鉀、鈉離子含量小于3ppm的脫鹽水。每天都應定時檢測粗順酐儲罐和工藝水儲罐中的粗馬來酐和工藝水中的鉀、鈉離子含量。
